I'm getting ready to final a partition plat and am hoping you can confirm the follqwing:
1. Do 871 (Parcel 2) & 875 (Parcel 1 ) S. 43rd have separate sewer laterals?
2. Does the City have a record of the location of these laterals on some kind of utility plan?
3. Is each lateral located within the boundaries of each respective parcel?
4. Are the permits for the sewer laterals finaled?
5. Does 871 S. 43rd have an approved new water lateral?
6. Does the City have a record of the location of the water lateral on some kind of utility plan? .
7. Is the water lateral located solely within the boundaries of the parcel it is serving?
8. Was the well connection to this parcel disconnected?
