SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 8 OF BLOCK 3 OF FOURTH ADDITION TO MEADOW GREEN ESTATES
(REF 4). THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY MARGIN WAS ESTABLISHED BY OFFSETTING THE
CENTERLINE 25.00 FEET WESTERLY AS DEDICATED ON REEL 2800 AT INSTRUMENT 33771 (REF
5). THE EXISTING CENTERLINE AND VACATED CENTER.LlNE OF GARD~N AVENUE WERE ESTABLlSHEO
BY HOLDING MON A AND THE FOUND 5/8" IRON ROD (MON C) AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF.
