To Whom It May Concern:
At the above address, Barnhart Prosthetic and Orthotic Services is the only
'tenant and will not occupy the upstairs portion of the building until final
occupancy permit is received. This is primarily contingent on the final
inspection of the elevator,as lam told, '
Additionally, the upstairs portion will not be leased or occupied by anyone
else until the final occupancypermitis'received.
