At your request, we have inspected the in,placedensity of granular fills placed on the subject foundatiOn pad,
The fill consists of approximately 6 to 24.inches of %-inch minus dense graded crushed aggregate.

We inspected the placement and compaction of the %,inch minus dense graded crushed aggregate, Adequate
compaction was determined in the field from test strips and visual estimation of optimum water content. This
material was placed in 12,inch maximum lifts and compacted. Compaction was achieved by rolling the pad
WITh a high capacity vibratory steel drum roller until there was no sigQfficant defiection of the granular material at
