As requested a structural review of the engineering packet for the residence under construction
at the above address has been performed, It has been determined that (2) HTS16 straps are
required at each support of the 16' long great room beam to resist uplift, The straps shall be
attached to the supporting post. Uplift in the post will be resisted by repetition in the structural
system,
