Under both conditions and at all locations, the illumination level met or exceeded the required minimum one foot--candle at the floor level (walking surface), If you require additional documentation or information regarding this test please contact me directly, PHONEc (503) 238,3772 FAX: (503) 238-1858 E-MAIL: MEGA@TELEPORT.COM OR L1C# 63108 WA L1C# MEGAPC'120MK CA L1C # 534790 MEGA PACIFIC CO 3377 SE 21 ST AVENUE PO B,OX 82186' PORTLAND, OR 97282-0186 30 Ap"ri12008 ' !, , I, !ll,." ..;?o{ ,'!' :;, ::: :(;!"':' '.,'''. :.:;l ~;~ . \ 'hI r ;,~';;: GROPOURAiLLC,o ;.f'" !,'>"J:l,;' i-"_';:;',C" ;" ,";::', '; ,:,::' , 840 Beltline Road, Suite 202 Sprifi(field, Ore~on 97477 Attehtion:~TiIT!lHovet.D lo~~.!>s. Dear Tim: On Tue.sdaV April 22nd I met with Robert Castile, the City QfSprinllfi,e.ld Building Inspector, to discuss the, , installation"of furnishings and equipment in the building prior to the issuance oian Occupancy permit. There was initially a concern from Robert about the use of your worker's and subcontractor's to perform these tasks since they had not necessarily been advised of jobsite safety procedures including fire and life safety issues and safe exiting from the building should there be an emergency, Contractually you have the right.to utilize your own workers and/or subcontractors to perform certain portions of the work and our mutual insurance requirements accommodate this item, In addition, your company is a licensed general contractor and can employ workers independently, Since there will be several workers employed by you to prepare the equipment and building for full time operation that may not be familiar with the project and commercial construction work, it will be important to make sure that they:receive'the same jobsite safety orientation that all Mega Pacific'sworkers and subcontractors have r'e"c"el'v- e' d I ' '! r"(Jl..'l..'
