Top fbnge hangcrs were specified [or lhe south part of the garage floor at the east wall,
Top flange hangers may be used at the entire east wall to support the joists spanning 9'.
The hangers used ~hall be JB-2! 0 or LB-2! O. . .
Two L VL 14" framing members have been installed below the south end of the pantry in
place of the footing and pony walls specified in the plan. . The use of this beam in place of
the pony wall and footing is'acceptable.
