Dear Mr. Castile,
Kick City is requesting an extension on our building permit for a period of90 days. We
have been unable to move as quickly as we had planned due to the cycle of our business.
The summer months are really the only time we are able to build in the common area
where we will be installing the ADA ramp, We are now planning on beginning the
construction of the decking and ADA ramp as per your inspection. Our goal is to have
this portion completed within 60 days.
