Gentlemen,
While conducting a commercial kitchen hood and duct fire suppression system acceptance test
(Job number COM2007-01374), I noticed what I thought were some significant issues
regarding electrical and building code violations in this premises. I wrote an inspection on
these issues anq gave a copy to the business owner, Luis Martinez. I told Luis that an
electrical inspector and a building inspector would be contacting him regarding the electrical
wiring, missing tile (exposed ceiling), and the openings in the walls. I also told Luis to wait
before contacting his electrical contractor until after the inspectors take a look and give him a
listof things to correct. '
