John,
I have no problem with the area C deletion. I'm curious how that is handled in Tidemark let me know if you delete
the record or just make a note
I agree with Robert that the Area A 2nd exit door is in n~ed of modification. This seems to be the same old
problem of a permit covering a remodel on a portion ofa building and the whole area wasn't considered when
looking at the exiting - a pretty easy miss for both the designers and reviewers but unfortunately the owner will
incur extra cost to make it right.
lief! paperwork with Peacehealth that Area A passed final fire inspection but then I discovered the exit door issue
- so consider the Fire Final contingent upon resolution. of that door issue - I told Robert that he could Final the
permit on his inspection for us - I don't think it's necessary to send a deputy to see that is done (we just want to
know when and how it is completed).
Please note that area B failed the inspection because the proposed use (spray painting j needs to have a listed
spray booth submittal or have the Engineer/architect of record request an AM&M for the ventilation system they
have installed (I can say that I will not sign off on an AM&M on what they currently have in Area B if they want to
spray finish there it doesn't meet Mechanical or Fire Code requirements),
Thanks

John- .
It has been .decided by Peace Heath that the Area C originally part of the Building Permit for the Facilities project
will not happen. Attached is a revised Area of Work Key Plan for your file. (This support document was
recommended by the Building Inspector, Robert Castile.)
It was also brought to my attention (after a site inspection by Robert Castile) that we might have an issue with the
second exit (Door 7) in the Area A: Administrative Area and the need to.construct a corridor and rated walls.
Please call me at your earliest opportunity. I don't believe anything came up during the Plan Review and we are
now in the final stages of construction...ugh.
Looking forward to reviewing this issue with you and seeing what options ~e have available to us.
Thank you.
