On January 23, 2008 this office conducted a survey to determine the location of a
commercial structure which is being built on Tax Lot SOl of Assessor's map No,
1702 31,in Springfield, Oregon. TItis development is known as MIDTOWN
COURT COMMERCIAL CENTER. At the time ofthe survey, fonns had been
set for the footings and our survey determined their location conformed to the
dimension as shown on the site plan.
