NARRATIVE
The current vacant lot (Western half of tax lot 02'(08) will be developed with three new dental office buildings,
each approximately 2500 square feet The development will include parking to serve both employees and
patients and an interior landscaped courtyard, Landscape screening and buffering at perimeter, in parking lot and
around buildings will comply with city code and stormwater management guidelines,
The property is currently zoned community commercial and will appropriately blend with the surrounding
developments also zoned CC, '
Each dental practice is independently owned and the number of employees in unknown at this time, No future
plans for expansion are proposed. .
