To Design Team,
To obtain private storm sewer permits, please submit proposed private easemenVmaintenance agreements for
new storm sewer stubs shown on sheet L2.
Provide an additional sanitary sewer cleanout upstream of all wye branch fittings that serve both lots (sheet L2).
Generally, obtain private plumbing permits and inspection approvals for all private sewers and water lines during
the site construction.
