Site plan that was dropped' off the other day. A couple of issues: Condition #2: The Tentative Decision indicated that the easements need to meet SUB's standards. As of right now, I only have the. one letter from SUB (dated January 19th, 2007) in the record that specifically states: The- public water supply system as shown on the plans do.es not meet the Springfield Utility board Water Divisions Design Standards and will not be constructed as shown. " ".AII new water system facilities and modifications to water system facilities both inside and adjacent to the proposed development shall be placed in street right-of-way at a location and depth of bury that meets the standards of the SUB Water Division," I haven't received anything in writing from SUB to indicate acceptance of your plan as shown, As we discussed on the phone earlier, please provide a written statement from SUB indicating that they are okay with your plans as shown on the Final Site Plan. I cannot approve the Final Site Plan until I get SUB's okay on the easeme.nts and facilities as shown on your plan. You'll need to, pick up the Public Wate/Utility Easement and.the Public' Electric Utility Easement and have, SUB sign them, and then bring them back her~lt also helps tb,havean illustration of.each_easement,on the;., actual easement form,to ,match. the write-up, J . , Condition #10: The Tentative Decision states: "" Prior to Final Site PI;m a'Joroval. the applicant shall submit a draft lease agreement with language compliant with Article 17 of/he SDC, You've indicated in your narrative that the owners are "working up language for 1he lease 'agreements requiring tenants to conform to DWP rules," As noted by Condition #10 in the Tentative Decision, l:need a copy of the actual final draft Lease Agreement before I sign off on the Final Site Plan, I will leave the copies of the Public Water Utility Easement and the Public Electric Utility Easement that you submitted at the front counter for you (or a representative from your office) to pick up, Again, please have SUB sign them if they are okay 'with the easements as written.
