I have looked at the application as Les has asked. Jeff did a good job in the review and I agree with his
comments. The applicant should definitely be aware that they didn't meet our stormwater quality requirements
(there is no indication of stormwater quality on the plans). As Jeff notes, they need to provide for treatment of
50% of their stormwater runoff with some form of vegetative method (i.e!.'swale). This has not been shown on the
plans. It also appears the applicant didn't submit a scbping sheet (not sure how this go by Planning, as they
aren't supposed to take in the apps unless they have this). Anyway, if you have any questions, i can help and
would be available to sit in at the meeting tomorrow. Thanks, .
