Springfield Development Code Sections 3,050(3)-(6) and Oregon Revised Statutes 227,178 require the City take final action on a limited land use decision within 120 days after the application is deemed complete, The 120- day processing period for this application begins when all the missing information is , submitted or when you request that the City proceed without the information.
