Please respond to the following DRC comments: . ,
1. With regards to your question #4 dated January 30, 2007, a zero lot line building
may cause private utilities to be located on adjacent lot. Plumbing installed on the
zero side of building would not meet the plumbing code (ei. Underground
building storm drains).
2. Ifproposed sanitary and storm sewers shown on plan sheet i are private, the
design is not approved. Common private sewers are not approved per sections
2608,2612,3013, and 3021 of the 2005 Oregon Residential Specialty Code. You
may submit for review a written proposal for a common private sewer system for
4 lots maximum using section 2601.2 of the Oregon Residential Specialty Code.
In addition, submit for review recorded access and maintenance agreements for all
common sewer lots. Upon review approval, obtain private plumbing permits and
inspections for all private sewer installations.
