At this time I find myself in a tight situation in terms of finances, I am now working on'a major project out of town, but expect to complete it approximately April 1, 2009. I will receive yearly profit share from that project and I will complete 1145 N St. project as soon !Ill funds are available. I don't know the 'future but ifall goes well, I should have funding to complete 1145 project around Dec, 2009. If you couId extend my permit I would be grateful Thank'you Tim R Wells Case # 2008-633
