Performed preliminary inspection on the reinforcing steel for slab number 8.
Reinforcing Steel was checked for size, grade, laps, quantities, locations. ties,
clearance and supports. A final inspeclion will be performed prior to concrete
placement. Note:.additionalslabtop reinforcement at north buUress has been placed,
Jake (Wildish) was asked to notify our office when,additional services are needed.
To the best of our knowledge, the work in-progress was in accordance with plans dated
02/2008 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
