. LANE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, hereinafter called GRANTOR, for the true
and actual consideration of 65,000.00 dollars, does'hereby release and quitclaim to James E. Yarnall and
Jacqueline Z. Yarnall, husband and wife, all its rights, title and interest in that real property situated in Lane
County, State of Oregon, described as follows: "
A parcel of land lying in the Southwest onecquarter of the Northeast one-quarter (SW \I; NE \1;)
of Section 34, Township 17 South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian, Lane County,
Oregon, and being all of that tract of land conveyed to LANE COUNTY, a political subdivision
of the State of Oregon, by' that certain ,deed recorded November 2, 1977, on Reel 871,
Recorder's Reception Number 7770241, LANE COUNTY OREGON DEED RECORDS; said
parcel being described in said deed as follo1:"s:
"Beginning at the intersection ofthe East line of Lot II, Section 34, Township 17 South, Range
3 West, Willamette Meridian with the North line of County Road running along the North bank
of the Willamette River through said section; thence North II rods on the East line of said Lot
II; thence West 14.5 rods; thence South to the North line of said County Road; thence Easterly
along said line to the point of beginning :containing I acre, more or less, in Lane County,
Oregon.
EXCEPTION THEREFROM: The Westerly 96 feet described in Book 265, Page 483 and Reel
103, Recorder's Reception No. 19273, Lane County Oregon Deed Records, and all that portion
lying Southerly of the Northerly right of way line of the relocated Gardenway Road; as
surveyed in 1974, and conveyed to Lane County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon,
by that certain deed recorded on.Reel 871-R, Recorder's Reception No. 7770240, Lane County
Oregon Deed Records."
The parcel ofland to which this description applies 'contains 6475 square feet, more or less.
ALSO: A parcel of land lying in the Southwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter (SW
\I; NE \1;) of Section 34, Township 17 South, Range 3 West of the WilIamette Meridian, Lane
County, Oregon, and being a portion of tllat tract of land conveyed to LANE COUNTY, a
political subdivision of the State of Oregon, by that certain deed recorded June 4, 1980, on Reel
1076, Recorder's Reception Number 8027954, LANE COUNTY OREGON DEED RECORDS;
said portion being all of the above referenced property lying Northerly of a strip ofland 60.feet
in width lying 30 feet on each side of the centerline of West D Street (relocated Garden Way)
as said road has been surveyed by Lane County in 1974; the centerline being described as
follows:
Beginning at Engineers' Centerline Station L' 121+39.56 'PC, said station being 52.68 feet
South and 1,954.12 feet East of the central Southeast comer of the Robert E" Campbell
Donation Land Claim Number 59, in Section 34, Township 17 South, Range 3 West of the
Willamette Meridian; run thence along a 424.41 foot radius curve left (the iong chord of which
