Serial Property Line Adjustment Submittal Requirements Checklist
NOTE: If you feel an item does not apply, please state the reason why and attach the
explanation to this form.
[gJ Application Fee - refer to the Development Code Fee Schedule for the appropriate fee
calculation formula, A copy of the fee schedule is available at the Development Services
Department. The applicable application, technology, and postage fees are collected at the
time of complete application submittal.
[gJ Serial Property Line Adjustment Application Form
[gJ Copy of the Deed for all properties in~olved in the property line adjustment.
[gJ Copy of a Preliminary Title Report issued within the past 30 days documenting
ownership and listing all encumbrances for all properties involved in the property line
adjustment.
[gJ Draft of the Property Line Adjustment Deeds in compliance with ORS 92.010 and
92.190( 4). Separate property line adjustment deeds must be prepared for each
adjustment, Recording of these deeds with Lane County shall be a condition of approval.
[gJ Narrative explaining the purpose of the proposed development, the existing use of the
property, the sequencing of property line adjustments, and any additional information that
may have a bearing in determining the action to be taken, including findings
demonstrating compliance with SDC 5,16-125, Property Line Adjustment Criteria.

27 feet on the West, and a setback of36 feet on the East. Tax Lots 7100 and 7202 are vacant.
Property complies with the solar setback ;tandards, therefore meeting this criterion.
CHAPTER 5 THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW PROCESS AND APPLICATIONS
Section 5.16-100 Prooertv Line Adiustments
5.16-125 Criteria
The Director shall approve, approve with conditions, or deny the Property Line Adjustment application. Approval or approval
with conditions shall be based on compliance with the following criteria. The Property Line Adjustment shaff not:
A. Create a new lot/parcel;
No new lots or parcels are being created with this proposal, therefore meeting this
criterion.
B. Create a landlocked lot/parcel;
All parcels abut West "D" Street on the South. No landlocked parcels are being created,
therefore meeting this criterion.
C. Reduce an existing lot/parcel be/ow the minimum size standard or reduce setbacks below the minimum
established by the applicable zoning dist~icts in this Code;
Tax Lot 7100 is proposed to be 7,047 square feet; Tax Lot 7202 is proposed to be 6,024
square feet; and Tax Lot 3000 is proposed to be 16,972 square feet. All well above the
4,500 square foot minimum, therefore meeting this criterion.
D. Violate any previous conditions the Apprpval Authority may have imposed on the lots/parcels involved in thf!
application;
This Serial Property Line Adjustment does not viola!e any previous conditions, therefore
meeting this criterion. .
E. Detrimental(v alter the availability o/existing public and/or private utilities to each lot/parcel in the
applic(1tion or to abutting lots/parcels; or
The availability of all existing public and/or private utilities will remain unchanged,
therefore meeting this criterion.
