RE: Property located at 350 54th st Springfield, Oregon map# 17-02-33-31 Tax Lot 300 --, case# sub2006-00024 The above mentioned property is zoned low density residential. I live directly across the street from the said property and I strongly oppose the partitioning of the property. The intention of the owner is to build addtional homes on the lot This would greatly impact my quality of life. It would create more noise, more foot traffic, and car traffic in an already over burdened area, I believe it would be detrimental to allow the divisiond' the property. The lot conforms with the neighborhood having~arge lots and should remain in the one lot parcel as it was intended. I beiieve that adding more homes on tightly compacted areas, hurts neighborhoods, home values and makes for more vandelism, theft and civil disputes. .
