Inspection of: Reinforced Concrete Weather: Fog Continuous Inspection: 0
Contractor: Brown Contracting BPNo.: COM2008-o0440 Periodic Inspection: Ii'l
Performed inspection on the rei~forcing steel for station footings on .line A and
pedestrian walkway footing at 37C. Reinforcing steel was checked for size, grade,
laps, quantities, locations, ties, clearance and supports. Anchor bolts were checked for
size, quantities and embedment, bolts were secured in-place with templates,
Observed the placement of 88 cu/yds. of Eugene Sand and Gravel 3000 psi concrete
(Mix 313065) into areas noted above. Concrete was placed directly from truck and was
mechanically consolidated. Cast one (1) set of four (4) 4" x 8" concrete test cylinders.
Notified Adam Hughes (Brown Contracting) of on-site results. Concrete temperature
65F; air temperature 49F; slump 3 1/2".
Mr. Hughes was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
03-12-08 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C" except if noted above.
