I've also, enclosed a copy ofthe land use decision. The applicant is still working on Condition 5 by
submitting a Property Line Adjustment to gain ownership of the Weyerhaeuser portion ofth~
property. They still need to submit the Final SUl'Vey, deeds and an easement document for review
and then have it recorded, This is the section of property where the parking lot is proposed, TIle'
pennit for tne,structure wilt n'otbe released unlil.theProperty Line Adjustment is complete..
