A Final Site Plan Submittal was received by the City of Splingtleld on July 28, 2006 and' a revision to that plan was received on August 9, 2006. The following items regarding tbesubmittal were noted and will need to be modified on the plan or addressed: .1. -There 'are differences bety,'een the Tentative Plan and the Fin:;tl Plan in the following' calculations: New Impervious Surfaces: . Item four in tbe response letter submitted wilhtheFinal Site Plan discussed a copy of a 2005 letter of intent fron'! Weyerhae~ser.: This letter does notsatisfy conditiontive of the Notice of Decision. WIittenpennission from Weyerhaeuser must be submitted giving their authoIization for this plan and these particular . improvements to be installed on their property or evidence must be submi tted (such as a deed) tbat 9regon IndustIial Lumber Products is in the exclusive ownersbip of the property. Per Springfield DevelopmentCod~ 33.030(2), a recorded deed restriction is required when a building is to be.placed' over a property line of . two parcels.
