Attached is a Minor Site Plan Modification for the addition of a 5,040 square foot canopy building
and p~ving of a parking lot.' The drawi~gs themselves show the correct information however, the
notes on the drawings are nol correct regarding impervious surfaces, etc. I have requested new
drawings from the applicant showing correct calculalions and showing an accurale property line
along Marcola Road. Could you please review this plan and send me comments by Friday, May 12,
2006. If! gel a better plan in the meanlime, I will dislribute it to you. If you are unable to review
this as submitted please let me know ASAP.
