A Final Site Plan Submittal was l"eceived by the City of Springfield 0n July 28, 2006 and
a revision to that plan was received on August 9,2006. The following,jtemnegarding.

copy of a 2005,letter of intent from Weyerhaeuser. This letter does not satisfy
condition five 6fthe Notice of Decision. Written permission from Weyerhaeuser
m:ust be, submitted giving their authoriZation' for this plan and these particular
i1llprove1l1ents to be installed on their property or evidence must be submitted
. (such as a deed) that Oregon Industrial Lumber Products is in the exclusive
owoership of the property. A Serial Property Line Adjustment was submitted on
August 7, 2006. After the Propen:y Line Adjustment is reviewed, approved and
the Final Survey is recorded there shall be a recorded deed showing Oregon
