Inspection of: Masonry Weather: Overcast Continuous Inspection: 0
Contractor: Wildish Building Co, BPNo.: CO M 2008-.00052 Periodic Inspection: 0
Performed final inspection on the reinforcing steel in the 8" CMU walls on line 8,6, from
A to C, on 9, from A to C (21 '4" sloping to 27'4" following roof line). ' Reinforcing steel
was checked for grade, size, lap, placement and clearance. Cells were relatively clean
and free of excessive .mortar projections,
Observed the placement of 3.0 cu.lyds, of Eugene Sand and Gravel 2500 psi grout
(Mix 312531), Grout was placed by pump and was mechanically consolidated, All cells
were fully grouted in one lift, Grout slump :1:9"; grout temperature 67F: air temperature

Jim Haines (Haines Bros, Masonry) was asked to notify our office when additional
services are needed.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
10-29-07 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B,C., except if noted above,
