Dear Mr. Spies and Mr. McDowell:
A Letter of Credit from Umpqua Bank was submitted to cover the cost of improvements
required by the City of Springfield to Oregon Industrial'Lumber Products property at
.3950 Marcola Road, Springfield, Oregon. An original Letter of Credit was submitted in
aSsociation with City of Springfield Case Number DRC2006-00031 and an Amended
Letter of Credit was submitted in association with Case Number DRC2007-00048.
As of June 11, 2008 all required improvements have been installed and approved to the
satisfaction of the City of Springfield under Building Permit Number C0M2007-01298.
