I hope you don't mind my providing the Minor Site Plan review comments via this email. I thought that' would be
acceptable for these very minor applications, mainly to expedite,
The only comments that Public Works has are as follows:
1. A Public Works Driveway permit will be required for the proposed modifications to the driveways. The
driveway locations should also be reviewed by Transportation if that has not already occurred. In
summary, the approval of the proposed driveways 'are subject to the Driveway permitting process and
Transportation division.
2. The proposed bio-swale as shown on the plans do not include a seed mix. Prior to final site plan
approval, the engineer of record will need to submit a water quality swale design consistent with the
Portland BES standards that includes the required seed mix.
3. All private work including, but nof'limited to, the storm water pipe work will need a pluming permit
reviewed and issued by the Building Department.
Other than the three comments above, Public Works Engineering can approve as shown under this Minor Site
Plan DRC review,
