Dear Liz Miller,
Thank you for the review comments dated August 13,2007 for the parking lot
improvement on Industrial Oregon Lumber. The conditions for "Preliminary Site Plan
Modification Approval" were noted in the response letter and my response is given
below. In addition, the revisions to the plan sheets have been "clouded" for your
. .
convemence.
Condition I: From the "Notice of Decision - Limited Land Use Site Plan'
Application - Type I "and the associated revised site plan dated 8/9/06, the
proposed 58 future parking spaces are located on the nOliheast comer of the
propeliy.
Condition 2: The tenns of the condition are understood and accepted.
Condition 3: An eight foot access aisle and sign detail has been added to the
detail sheet and the parking lot improvements grading and utility plan sheet
Condition 4: A landscape plan has been added to the parking lot improvements
grading and utility plan sheet
Condition 5: The water quality swale detail has been modified with the proposed
seed mix and to be consistent with the POliland BES standards.
Condition 6: A plumbing pem1it will be submitted by the owner/contractor soon.
Condition 7: A six space bicycle parking rack has been added to the parking lot
improvements grading and utility plan sheet
