Springfield Development Code Sections 3.050(3)-(6) and Oregon Revi~ed Statutes 227.178 require the City take fihal action on a limited land use decision within 120 days after the application is deemed complete. The 120- day processing period for this application begihs when all the missing information is . submitted or when you request that the City proceed without the information. You must indicate by either signing this form or by submitting a written response to the City within seven days of the date of this form asserting your intentions regarding the provision of the missing information.
