I wanted to update you both on the status of the concurrence, which is holding this project up; and request an
extension of a minimum of 30 days.
I spoke with Daniel Fischer today, and he let me know that he was going to payoff WAMU this week. After that,
we will need the title company to update the title report showing no deed of trust. Then, no concurrence will be
needed and we can record the .plat.
.Piease let me know about the extension. I appreciate your patience.
