Hi Aaron,
No problem, those banks can be buggers. I talked to the planner (Andy Limbird) about it and it is not a problem to
wait a little longer, but that he needs a written requestJrom you for an extension of the final plat submission time,
citing the bank's timeframe and process for the concurrence approval. It is a little complicated since you
technically already submitted the final plat application, but it can be held; and the written extension request will
help tie up the loose ends. Please coordinate with Andy about the extension and I'll wait to hear from you.

Hello Chris,
I didn't forget about our phone call last week. I called and left a message with Daniel. I called and spoke with him
this morning and he was quite frustrated. It appears that WAMU isn't one of the lending institutes designed to
aide their customers and they have a rather drawn out process for attaining a concurrence. Daniel calls and
faxes daily in regard to his request. He is willing to do anything necessary to get this concurrence taken care of;
however, WAMU just isn't complying. I called and spoke with someone today and was told that this process can
takeup to two months. How are we looking on time? Let me know whah;ou think of this and if there is anything
that you can recommend. I don't think there is any way around this concurrence, other than refinancing, which
Daniel will do if WAMU doesn't comply. .
