"Dear Steven and David:
The decision for Property Line Adjustment SUB2006-00048, applicants Oregon
Industrial Lumber and Weyerhaeuser Company, waS issued on September 13,2006. The
deci'sion states that the conditions are required to be completed within 90 days along with
one copy of the Final Survey delivered to the Development,Services D'epartment together
with any conditioned documents. This letter is being sent as' a reminder that the 90 day
time period expires on December 12, 2006.
Once the Director and City Surveyor have certified that all conditions have been met, the
Final Survey, Property Line Adjustment deeds and other conditioned documents maybe
recorded at the Lane County Surveyor's Office. The Final Survey will expire if it is not
submitted to the Lane County Surveyor within 30'days of the City approval; or the
Property Line Adjustment deed or other conditioned documents have not been recorded '
with Lane County Deeds and Records with the Final Survey.
