The two parcels Weyerhaeuser Company owns are 17-02-20 Tax Lot 1300 and 17-02-30 Tax lot 2400, These two parcels are a portion of what the Southern Pacific Company conveyed to Weyerhaeuser and is a strip ofland 100 feet wide . \along the northerly side of Marcola Road. Oregon Industrial Lumber Company, Inc. owns 17-02- 19 Tax Lot 3500 which is a 10.89 acre industrial site adjacent to and northerly of both of the Weyerhaeuser parcels. A portion of one of Oregon Industrial Lumber Products buildings and the entire Oregon Industrial Lumber Company Qffice building are located on parcels owned by Weyerhaeuser. Oregon Industrial Lumber and Weyerhaeuser Company would like to adjust common property lines to include the buildings used by Oregon Industrial Lumber (located on Weyerhaeuser property) on property owned by Oregon Industrial Products. To accomplish this adjustment, Weyerhaeuser would first adjust the line common to tax lots 1300 and 2400 by moving the easterly line of tax lot 2400 easterly to the westerly line of Hayden Bridge Road. This would result in making tax lot 2400 the only Weyerhaeuser parcel adjacent to the Oregon Industrial Products property and thereby allowing that Weyerhaeuser parcel to be adjusted with the Oregon Industrial Products property. . The first adjustment to the Weyerhaeuser parcels would result in the increase in size of Tax lot 2400 and a decrease in size of Tax lot 1300. Tax Lot 1300 would become that portion of the original tax lot 1300 lying between the westerly edge of Hayden Bridge Road and the westerly bank of the McKenzie River. The second adjustment between Weyerhaeuser and Oregon Industrial Lumber Products would increase the Oregon Industrial Products property (tax lot 3500) by 2.00 acres and would include that portion of the previously adjusted-tax-Iot 2400 adjacent to tax lot 3500 and extended easterly to the westerly edge of Hayden Bridge Road. Noadditional parcels would be created by these adjustments. Oregon Industrial Lumber Products would.then own the property the buildings are located on and would be able to develop the Property in conjunction with their industrial operation.
