NATURE OF THE APPLICATION: Proposal to annex one 0101.03 acre lot containing a dwelling,
. AUTHORIZED USES:' Uses authorized in the Low Density Residential (LDR) district are regulated by
SDC section J 6,020, available in City Hall or online at htto://www:ci,soringfield,or.us/dsd/planning/
APPLICABLE CRITERIA: The City Council shall approve, modifY or deny any Annexation application
based upon the following approval criteria: (I) The territory proposed to be annexed is within the City's
urbanizable area; (2) Key urban services and facilities can be provided to the area in an orderly and
efficient manner; (3) There will bea logical area and time within which to deliver urban services and
facilities; and (4) Where applicable, fiscal impacts to the City have been mitigated ,through an
Annexation Agreemimt or other mechanism approved by the City Council (SDC 6,070)..
