Dennis Ernst did a check...and it was I who was in error. What is shown on the Enginee~s drawing is
correct...and there currently exists an offset of the subject site and the properties on the adjacent east and west
sides, '
As condition of annexation, Transportation is recommending acquisition,of right of way along the subject site's
southerly boundary, The'right of way line along the western portion of th,e subject site should be extended to the
right of way line along the eastern portion of the subject ,site, '

Steve,
As I mentioned earlier, I think there may be a discrepancy in what is shown on the Enginee~s drawing vs,
the Tax Assessor Map with regards to where the right of way line'.is located,
Basically, what I see the Engineer showing is an offset in ttie right of way along the southern boundary of
the property in relation to the adjacent right of way at the western and eastern boundaries, However, what
I saw in the green book (Tax Assessor Maps) appeared to have no offset.
Dennis Ernst will be looking into this and he will get back ,to me by early to mid next week, I'll let you know
what he finds out.
