Reinforcing steel was checked for size, grade, laps, quantities, locations, ties, clearance and supports. A final inspection will be performed . prior to concrete placement. Also, performed continuous inspection during the installation of twenty-seven (27) #4 x 30" horizontal dowels into second floor slab for patio tie in along line 4.1, from B to C and D to E.5. Prior to installation the predrilled holes were cleaned with compressed air and a brush. Verified minimum embedment of 4". Dowels were secured with Epcon A7 (ICC-ES ESR-5560, expiration date 01-20-09). . . John (Chambers) was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed.
