08-25-08: Performed continuous inspection during the installation of seventeen (17)
#10 x 7' to 11' vertical rebar dowels into bedrock for north four (4) buttresses along east
side. Prior to installation, the predrilled holes were, cleaned with water and a vacuum.
Dowels were secured with Epcon A7 (ICC-ES ESR- 6582, expiration date 11-07-09).
Verified minimum embedment of 2'.
08-26-08: Performed continuous inspection during the installation of eight (8) #10 x 11'
vertical dowels into south two (2) buttresses and ten (10) #4 x 24" horizontal dowels
into existing southeast buttress. Prior to installation, the predrilled holes were cleaned
with water and a vacuum. Verified minimum embedment of 2' for #10 bars and 6" for
#4 bars. Dowels were secured with Epcon A7 (ICC-ES ESR- 6582 expiration date 11-
07-09).
Jake (Wildish) was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
02/2008 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.

Performed preliminary inspection on the reinforcing steel for contact basin east
buttresses, east and north perimeter walls, all from ground to bottom'of slab elevation.
Reinforcing steel was checked for size, grade, laps', quantities, locations, ties and
supports. .Note: not all forms were in place arid clearances will need to be
verified. A final inspection will be performed prior to concrete placement.
To the best of our knowledge, the work in-progress was in accordance with plans dated
02/2008 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
