RESOLUTION NO. 08 - ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2008-
38.
WHEREAS, on July 21,2008, the City of Springfield adopted Resolution No. 2008-38, a
resolution of the City of Springfield amending the City of Springfield, Oregon Retirement Plan,
to expand the City Manager's authority to amend the City of Springfield, Oregon Retirement
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City of Springfield desires to amend Resolution No. 2008-38.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Springfield that, effective on the date of this resolution, Resolution No. 2008-38 is amended by
changing "during January through June of 2009" therein to "during September 2008 through June
2009".
ADOPTED by the Common Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Springfield, Oregon this fifteenth day of September, 2008.
