The TEAM Springfield Joint Elected Officials' met on Monday July 282008, at 6:00 p,m., in fronLofthe Police
Department, 344 A Street, and proceeded to the site of the Springfield Justice Center, 230 4th Street, Springfield,
Oregon.
ATTENDANCE
City of Springfield: Mayor Sid Leiken, Councilors Ballew and Woodrow, and City Manager Gino Grimaldi,
Springfield School District: Board Members Laurie Adams, Nancy Bigley, Al King, Jonathan Light, Garry
Weber and Nancy Golden,
Springfield Utility Board: Board Members Bobbie Adams, Ted Johnson, Virginia Lauritsen and Bob Linahan.
Willamalane Park and Recreation District: Board Members Greg James, Gary Ross, Helen Wagner and Bob
Keefer.
Others in Attendance: Associate Project Manager Jim Polston, Former Project Manager Carole Knapel and
Project Architect Randy Nishimura.
The Group was welcomed to the site and broke into two tour groups. The tours proceeded through the site, lead
by Mr, Polston, Ms. Knapel and Mr. Nishimura, Information was provided as the group toured the site.
The tour was concluded at approximately 7:00 p.m,
