08-25-08' Performed cOntinuous InSpeCtion during the irislallallon of seventeen (17)
#10 x 7' to 11' vertical rsbar dowels into bedrock for north four (4) buttresses along east
side. Prior to installation, the predrilled holes were Cleaned with water and a vacuum,
Dowels were secured with Epcon A7 (ICC-ES ESR.6582, expiration date 11..Q7~9).
Verlfled minimum embedment of 2'.
08-26-08: Performed continuous inspection during the installation of eight (8) #10 x 11'
. vertical dowels into south two (2) buttresses and ten (10) #4 X 24" horizontsl dowels
into existing southeast buttress. Prior to installation, the predrllled holes were cleaned
with water and a vacuum, Verlf1ed minimum embedment of 2' for #10 bars and 6' for
. #4 bars, Dowels were secured with Epcon A7 (ICC-ES ESR. 6582 expiration date 11-
07-09), .,
Jake (Wlldlsh) was asked to notify our offiCe when additional services are needed,
To lhe best of our knowledge, the w6rk inspected was in accordance with plans dated
0212008 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
