On Friday, August 8, 2008, Steve Graham, P1u:mbing Inspector, and Guy Dixon, Electrical Inspector met a resident on the property to inspect for possible violations. This inspection revealed that there are two accessory structures on the property being used as dwelling units without the required approval, permits, and/or inspections. Due to the hazardous conditions, the Electrical Inspector requested the power be disconnected immediately to the accessory structures. Information provided to us at the time of inspection was that the accessory structures were being vacated at the time of inspection due to the potential hazards. Therefore, due to the extreme plumbing and electrical hazards, this is your notice that the accessory structures that have been converted to living units are not approved and must be returned to their original use or demolished within the next ten (10) days. Our inspectors will make an inspection of the property on or about August 22,2008 to ensure compliance with this notice.
