parcel being described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears North 880 26' West 872.oJ feet and North 10
. 34' East 40.00 feet from the North-Northeast corner of the Pressley Comegys
Donation Land Claim.No. 59, Township 17 South, Range 2 West, WiIlametle
Meridian, said point being in the Northerly right ofway.Jine of Olympic
