Dear Vern:
I have pr~ared a final cost estimate for providing electric facilities to serve your project located
at 220 58 H Street. This estimate is based on the information and site plans you have
submitted, Your development charge for this project is $6,848.35. An allowance of $2,187.50
has been -deducted from the full charge of $9,035.85 because you have indicated your intent to
provide the trench and install the conduit, vaults, mule tape and pedestals to the Springfield
Utility Board's specifications.

This price estimate is firm for a period of 3 months provided that the information and site plans
you have submitted are not changed in any way, and that you sign a construction agreement
with us to proceed with the project. I have includ~d a job drawing_ Please note that we will
require a 5' easement along the West side of the paved driveway as we discussed when we met

Please contact me as soon as possible so we may make arrangements for payment and for you
to sign the construction agreement.
