1, Verify exact locations and routing of existing underground
utilities prior to starting excavation. Repair any damage
to existing pipes, utilities or related faCilities at
Contractor's expense In a manner approved by Architect.
2. Install new utilities so that rim elevations are flush With
finish grades at pavement and 2" above finish grade at
plant beds, Adjust rim elevations of existing utilities '
accordingly.
3. Construct a smooth transition between new paving and
existing paving to remain,
4, Protect trunks, limbs, roots, and root zones at drip line of
existing trees and plant materials to remain as directed
by Architect. Cut no limbs or roots larger than 1 1/2" in
diameter without approval of Architect.
5 All accessible signs, ramps, tactile warning markings, etc,
shall conform to all Oregon State Standards for. parking
and access for the dISabled. OL",," I Architect's approval
prior to installing any related work,
6, All electrical service lines shall be installed underground
per Spnngfield Code, See Sheet E1.0 for pipe depths
and locations. .
