1 The public often finds the reduced site plans difficult to deCipher, and so given the
nature of thiS proJect, we have decided to Include an 8 5" by 11" copy of the Enlarged
ProJect Area Plan and Elevations sheets In the mall-out In addition to the required
85" by 11" copy of the Overall Site Plan, please prOVide an 8 5" by 11" copy of these
other sheets, as well
2 The title report IS dated September 13, 2007 PrOVide a copy of a title report Issued
within the last 30 days
3 Provide a signature on the engineer's stamp on all applicable plan sheets.
4 Correctly Identify the block walls and wooden fences along the south and east
property lines, and prOVide the height of the wall & fence Identify the location and
height of the eXisting sign and trash receptacle area
5 Indicate the location, dimenSions, and number of typical, compact, and disabled
parking spaces, including aisles, wheel bumpers, directional signs, and striping

Avenue and on Ranch Drive, and correctly Identify the number and location of such
trees Please be aware that additional street trees along 20th Avenue and Ranch drive
Will be reqUired, and seven-foot Wide parking/driveway/outdoor storage landscaped
setbacks Will be reqUired along all property lines The landscaped setbacks must
meet the planting requirements of SDC 4 4-105 F
8 Please Include photo simulations of the proposed tower on the elevation sheet and
provide color elevations

This is not a decision on your application. Sprrngfield Development Code Section 5 4-
105 and Oregon Revised Statutes 227 178 require the City take final action on a limited land
use decIsion within 120 days after the application IS deemed complete The 120-day
processing perrod for thiS applicatIOn begins when all the missing Information IS submitted or
when you request that the City proceed without the information You must Indicate by either
signing thiS form or by submitting a wrrtten response to the City within seven days of the
date of thiS form asserting your Intentions regarding the provIsIon of the missing information
If you Indicate herein or In your wrrtten response that the missing Information will be
submitted, then you have 180 days from the date the application was submitted for Pre-
Submittal ReView to provide the City with the missing Information If you refuse to submit
the missing Information, then upon receipt of the full application packet and processing fee,
the City will deem the application complete for purposes of starting the 120-day clock and
begin processing the application No new information may be submitted after the start of
the 120-day perrod unless accompanied by a request for an extension of the 120-day
