Dlstrlct resldents/landowners who are opposed to removal of the parklng lot and street trees north of the Justlce Center bUlldlng The publlC comment deadllne ends today and more testlrnony may be recelved before the close of buslness at Spm I also recelved a couple of phone calls from nearby resldents who were aware of the clrculatlng petltlon and wanted more lnformat1on on the tree removal and replacement plans Whlle pet1tlons are occas1onally rece1ved for content1ous development proJects (Marcola Meadows for example), th18 pet1t1on 18 a blt of a 8urpr18e due to the number of
