Though the applicant fmds support for the proposalm the Metro Plan and refinement plan preliminary dIscussIOns have not been favorable. Does staff belIeve the refinement plan or metro plan polIcIes prohIbIt or discourage the proposal? If so, whIch policIes? Are there sltmg reqUIrements the applIcant has failed to IdentIfy that prohIbIt the proposal? Planrung Department wIll respond to thIS questIon 2, Should the applIcant decIde to proceed wIth the proposal would a partItIon be required pnor to / concurrent with the other applIcations or not reqUIred at all?
